At the age of eight she survived an extraordinary experience that nobody could quite believe, she was 'struck by lightning'.

Laying helpless she became aware of a golden eye in the sky above her which spoke saying "Nire Siwa, Napi tagih, pasti baang tiang." ("I am Siwa (God); I will grant whatever you wish.")

As a child, she innocently responded by asking "Coba da ujan nggih" ("I wish there is no rain.") Instantly the dark, cloudy sky became bright and sunny.

For many years she endured great suffering as if the lightning had torn apart her whole body. This experience was always a mystery for her; she would ask herself "What happened to me? What is the relationship between being struck by lightning, the golden eye, and Siwa?"

The mystery was revealed to her when she was thirty three years of age, there came a moment when her hand moved to face the sky above and she spoke spontaneously saying, "Nire Siwa, tang mersihin jagat." ("I am Siwa; I exist to purify the whole universe and all beings.")

At that instant she was confirmed to be SIPA, assigned to guide all beings towards their destiny of true happiness. Every day of her life is now devoted to guiding and protecting those who have faith in her, through whatever problems they may have.
